# Utah SEDI Implementation Guide, v0.1.0-draft (May 2026)

The State of Utah's draft guide turning S.B. 275 into requirements for the department, wallet providers, verifiers, relying parties, governmental entities and health care providers, with conformance profiles and a mapping to the TSA mobile driver's license rule. For implementers who need the statute as requirements rather than as law.

Labels: reading level Implementer; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
