# TSP CESR Implementation Details

A technical proposal for encoding Trust Spanning Protocol (TSP) wrappers and payloads as Composable Event Streaming Representation (CESR) primitives and groups: open and closed modes for verifiable identifiers, the head, body and tail of the wrapper, hop and relationship formation payloads, and a proposed table for tunneling KERI and ACDC messages. For TSP and CESR implementers.
