# KERI: The last best hope for individual-controlled digital ID in an AI world

A 26-slide deck by Samuel M. Smith of the KERI Foundation, from 2026, framed by a Five Eyes cybersecurity agencies' statement on frontier AI. It contrasts AI-based, tracking-derived digital identity with Key Event Receipt Infrastructure (KERI) based identity and poses discussion questions on human authority over AI, identity, resilience after breach, privacy and deployment speed, for a general and policy audience.

Labels: reading level Introductory; evidence informative (an author's paper, deck, tutorial or post explaining the suite).
