# KSWG monthly meeting, 2026-09-08

Announcements covered the November SEDI (State Endorsed Digital Identity) Summit, where the State of Utah is to announce support for KERI and ACDC, a mini-KERICON before IIW (Internet Identity Workshop), Lugano's support for SEDI, and a PID Fest talk on SAIDs (self-addressing identifiers) and the IANA-registered urn:said namespace. Reports noted reverted PRs on the KERIpy 1.2 branch and KERI Foundation work on 2.0 features. Discussion reviewed ACDC specification PR 194 and a presentation of KERI Conference video footage, with action items to make the 1.1 branches main, revert a KERI specification PR for post-quantum codes, and require reviews before merging in the specification repositories.
