# KSWG monthly meeting, 2026-02-10

Announcements reported that the ToIP Steering Committee had approved the KERI, ACDC and CESR specifications, that the KERI Foundation and ToIP now sit under LF Decentralized Trust, and that did:webs had entered the 60-day DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) formal review. Reports covered KERIpy database refactoring, the refactored KRAM (KERI Request Authentication Mechanism) design, reliable memogram support in Hio, and work to merge KERIA and Signify-TS into one repository. Discussion covered the URN SAID (self-addressing identifier) registration needing a permanent URL, contributor lists on the three specification repositories, and adding DOIs (digital object identifiers) to the specifications.
