# KSWG monthly meeting, 2025-10-14

The group voted to move the KERI, CESR and ACDC specifications to 1.0-draft and open a one-month public review ending 11 November 2025, after reporting that glossary items were updated and all CESR and event examples were cryptographically sound. Reports covered preparation for presenting did:webs to DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) as a recommended DID (decentralized identifier) method, SignifyPy updated to KERIpy 1.1.27, and a planned 0.2.0 release of KERIA and SignifyTS. Discussion also covered registrars and observers for ACDC state registries and ACDC issuee usage.
