# KSWG monthly meeting, 2025-07-08

Announcements covered the ToIP five-year symposium on 15 and 16 October 2025, which invited KSWG presentations, and a State of Utah identity summit on 16 October. Discussion covered a proposal for a URN namespace for Self-Addressing Identifiers (SAIDs), of the form urn:SAID:, which needs help with its ABNF grammar and was offered a home in this working group, possibly with a task force, and the blindable state Transaction Event Log (TEL) described in the ACDC specification's blindable state registry section. Action items from the June meeting to start the did:webs meetings, announce them and add them to the ToIP calendar were recorded as complete.

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
