# Pillar 3 Data Hub Processes and Possible Practical Implications (Discussion Paper EBA/DP/2023/01)

A 65-page EBA discussion paper on how a central Pillar 3 data hub would receive, transform and publish banks' prudential disclosures. Section 6 presents the vLEI as an EBA use case for regulatory reporting, describing the vLEI trust chain built on KERI and ACDC, a Gartner study and an EBA-GLEIF proof of concept, and the EBA's initial conclusions. It is for readers looking for a regulator's own assessment of the vLEI.

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
