# GLEIF and Trust Over IP Foundation Publish Ecosystem Governance Framework for Digitally Verifiable LEI

A GLEIF press release announcing publication of the vLEI Ecosystem Governance Framework with the Trust Over IP Foundation. The framework complements GLEIF's LEI governance, defines the operating model for vLEIs and describes how issuing stakeholders qualify for and perform their roles in the Global LEI System.
