# EBA publishes discussion paper on the centralisation of EEA banks Pillar 3 disclosures in the EBA Pillar 3 data hub

The European Banking Authority's press release announcing its discussion paper on the Pillar 3 data hub, which would centralize prudential disclosures by European Economic Area banks. It notes that the paper covers the verifiable Legal Entity Identifier (vLEI), developed by GLEIF, as a possible secure way for large institutions to submit data, and invited comments by 29 March 2024.
