# Advancing trusted calls with Open Verifiable Calling at Microsoft

A Microsoft Inside Track article describing how Microsoft's support organization adopted Open Verifiable Calling (OVC) so that calls from its contact center carry credentials attesting its right to the displayed number and brand and its legal identity. It names the OVC Alliance under GSMA Foundry, Provenant as signing service, and the Verifiable Voice Protocol. Microsoft's own account of its deployment.

Labels: reading level Introductory; evidence vendor-reported (a company's account of its own product or deployment).
