# did:webs Task Force meeting, 2026-02-17

In the Dossier specification segment, Hardman reported a long-open pull request to be merged unless questions arose and work on joint issuance that is adding edge operators to the ACDC specification. For did:webs, the DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) Recommended DID (decentralized identifier) Methods 60-day formal review had begun, the editors reported a review of all normative language, an updated ABNF (Augmented Backus-Naur Form) and repository cleanup, and the specification was described as substantively complete. A pathway to 1.0 was laid out: subcommittee review to March 9 using the ToIP (Trust over IP) review checklist, approval of a final draft by the KSWG co-chairs at the March 10 KSWG meeting with a resolution, public review to April 14, and submission to the ToIP Steering Committee on April 15.
