# did:webs Task Force meeting, 2024-01-19

Announcements noted the Technology Stack Working Group's new mailing list as part of accepting the new Open Web Foundation licensing, and that the public review period had passed 30 days. The ToIP (Trust over IP) specification template was reported, with its latest changes to be adopted into the did:webs repository. Discussion stressed that the specification must make clear what is optional so readers can see where to stop for their use case, and continued the normative versus informative breakdown of the specification.
