# did:webs Task Force meeting, 2023-09-29

A report from the DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) identifiers discovery meeting covered did:plc, the centralized identifier for Bluesky users that keeps an event log with pre-rotation, and a did:web 2.0 proposal. Discussion set the top priorities for preparing the specification for IIW (Internet Identity Workshop): open pull requests and a "did:webs for Muggles" presentation. Action items recorded event documentation and an anchoring pull request as complete.
