# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2024-09-17

Announcements confirmed that the KERI Working Group was listed by Trust over IP (ToIP), with a plan to cut a 0.9 version of the specifications, seek Technology Stack Working Group (TSWG) approval and move the specifications to new repositories under the working group, and noted completed penetration testing at healthKERI. Reports covered closing the last KERI specification pull requests toward 0.9, the KERIpy 1.2.0 release candidate and migration, and clearing rather than migrating escrows. Discussion covered the state of watcher code in KERIpy, transaction event log (TEL) witnesses and observers and TEL discovery, and a diagram of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) regulatory pilot repositories.
