# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2024-05-21

Reports covered Smith adding RFC 2119 requirement language to all the specifications, delegation fixes in KERIpy and KERIA that reverse the order of witnessing and delegation approval, and a Technology Stack Working Group (TSWG) proposal for a did:tdw task force put on hold. Discussion covered making community meetings more transparent and inclusive and whether to hold special-topics calls on higher-level subjects, questions from the Digital Identity unConference Europe (DICE) organizers on KERI's relation to the EU electronic identification and trust services regulation (eIDAS) 2 and the EU Digital Identity (EUDI) wallet framework, and where KERIA should process the escrow of delegated events.

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
