# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2024-03-19

Reports covered KERIpy support for creating and parsing version 2 messages of all events, and patch releases of KERIpy (1.1.8) and KERIA (0.1.4) driven by qualifying Qualified verifiable Legal Entity Identifier (vLEI) Issuers (QVIs) and working with an existing QVI. Discussion covered CESR stream interoperability examples and a planned cesr-test-vectors repository, the idea of a KERI-based OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider and the risk of mixing security postures, the goals of the European Banking Authority (EBA) pilot, and DPoP (Demonstrating Proof of Possession, RFC 9449) as an analogy.

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
