# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2023-11-28

Reports covered a restructured secure privacy, authenticity and confidentiality (SPAC) paper for the Trust Spanning Protocol, naming the client-server protocol Signify, a pull request for granting chained credentials, draft codes for CESR 1.1, further specification pull requests and a KERISSE (KERI Suite Search Engine) feedback questionnaire. Discussion covered why KERI, having no shared secrets, resists phishing better than password, bearer-token and Diffie-Hellman based approaches, how verifiable Legal Entity Identifier (vLEI) role credentials leave the semantics of authority to an ecosystem governance framework, and how autonomic identifier (AID) delegation differs from ACDC delegation.
