# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2023-10-31

Announcements noted that the Technology Stack Working Group (TSWG) notice period had ended and the move to the Open Web Foundation 1.0 license was under way. Reports covered pull requests merged into the revised (ISO) format of the KERI specification, with CESR next, Dockerfile changes in KERIpy and KERIA, multisig holder examples in Signify-TS, and a did:webs proposal for a verifiable presentation in the whois directory. Discussion covered the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and Provenant migration of KERIpy wallets and witnesses, the Citadel user interface replacing Keep, contributing files after the license change, and a super watcher design.
