# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2023-08-08

Announcements covered the October Internet Identity Workshop (IIW) and a planned Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) demo, and a report noted RootsID's work on a Cardano backer. Discussion covered moving the Technology Stack Working Group (TSWG) from Apache 2 to the Open Web Foundation (OWF) agreements, and adding rotation and transfer semantics to the public transaction event log (PTEL), such as keeping a did:webs controller's list of domain names in a transaction event log (TEL) and cooperative transfer of control between two key event logs.
