# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2023-08-01

The first weekly meeting reported on migrating the specifications from WebOfTrust and discussed a possible move of the copyright and patent policy to the Open Web Foundation (OWF) agreements. The group reviewed the remaining open issues and pull requests in the specification repositories for Issuance and Presentation Exchange (IPEX), the public transaction event log (PTEL), out-of-band introductions (OOBIs), self-addressing identifiers (SAIDs), CESR and KERI, noting which were closed, pending close or to be moved. A did:webs update reported a rough draft under review, with KERI additions being made before moving it to a new task force.
