# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2023-01-03

Implementation reports covered the vLEI (verifiable Legal Entity Identifier), including Provenant and EGF (ecosystem governance framework) issues, ViRA (verifiable iXBRL Report Attestation), GS1 and HCF (Human Colossus Foundation). Items covered recordings not being available until four weeks after meetings; the structure of the GLEIF (Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation) Root of Trust, an establishment-only multisig AID (autonomic identifier) of seven individuals plus five escrowed participants that delegates Internal and External AIDs; and vLEI schema versioning, where a schema change yields a new SAID (self-addressing identifier) and a different credential.
