# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2022-10-25

Hardman raised the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Let JSON be JSON debate over requiring JSON-LD and @context in VCs (verifiable credentials). Discussion compared it with the DID (decentralized identifier) document registry of round-trippable conversions, argued for stable schemas retrieved by SAID (self-addressing identifier) over JSON-LD URL lookups, presented OCA (Overlays Capture Architecture) as a semantic layer over ACDCs, and proposed ACDCs as an authentic envelope beneath the W3C data model; the notes encourage commenting on the W3C issue before a 1 November meeting.
