# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2022-09-27

Announcements covered the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) TPAC (Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee) meeting and a Cardano-funded KERI bridge project, followed by a continued IPEX (Issuance and Presentation Exchange) presentation. The minutes record ACDC specification changes since 2022-09-15, including a delegated-issuer-to-issuer edge operator, selective disclosure comments, and a clarification that the registry identifier derives from the issuer's AID (autonomic identifier); discussion of append-to-extend removing the need for a central schema namespace registry; a GLEIF (Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation) vLEI (verifiable Legal Entity Identifier) authorized attestation example; and new glossary entries.
