# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2022-03-15

Discussion of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 17 issues for ACDCs: performance of contract as a basis for retaining PII (personally identifiable information), and a right-of-erasure paradox, with the suggestion that a cryptographic digest of erased PII be kept to ensure it stays erased. The review of the draft specification covered revised labels and sections for selective disclosure, composed schema, a proposed prohibition on external schema references, a chain-link confidentiality exchange, and a three-party exploitation model; the two-hour meeting was recorded.

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
