# ACDC Task Force meeting, 2021-08-30

The meeting covered how GLEIF (Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation) uses ACDC for vLEI (verifiable Legal Entity Identifier) credentials and the specifications they rely on, with placeholder repositories under WebOfTrust: JSON Schema, CESR and the CESR proof format, AIDs (autonomic identifiers) and did:keri, SAIDs (self-addressing identifiers), the SIS (Schema Immutability Specification), ACDC, issuance and presentation exchange protocols, and the PTEL (Public Transaction Event Log). Mitwicki outlined the core components of KERI, and Hardman led a discussion of how ACDC relates to W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) VC (verifiable credential) 2.0, with options ranging from collaborating in a big tent to proceeding through ToIP (Trust over IP) and IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force).

Labels: reading level Practitioner; evidence official (a statute, a regulator's document, or a standards body's own page).
