verifiable LEI (VLEI) Ecosystem Governance Framework Technical Business Requirements This Controlled Document specifies certain business requirements for the vLEI services of GLEIF and Qualified vLEI Issuers (QVIs). QVIs MAY charge fees for the issuance, verification and/or revocation of Legal Entity vLEI Credentials and for Legal Entity Official Organizational Role vLEI Credentials. 2. QVIs MAY offer ancillary services to Legal Entities regarding vLEls. 3. There MUST be availability targets defined for all vLEI services included in Appendix 5 of the VLEI Issuer Qualification Agreement, Qualified vLEI Issuer Service Level Agreement (SLA). 4. The QVI MAY review its fee schedule annually and unilaterally determine new fees. 5. The QVI MUST be solely responsible for managing the revenue that is produced and costs that are incurred in the running of its vLEIl operations. 6. The QVI MUST ensure that its operations regarding vLEls are sustainably financed. 7. GLEIF MUST not contribute funds of any form whatsoever for QVI operations. 8.
