The group voted unanimously to forward version 1.0 of the KERI, ACDC and CESR specifications to the ToIP Steering Committee for approval, with a press release or blog post to follow. Announcements confirmed the KERI Conference for 21 to 23 April 2026 at Utah Valley University in Lehi, Utah. Reports covered the remaining DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) process for did:webs, the new Rust libkeri library, IIW (Internet Identity Workshop) presentations on age predicate proofs with sparse Merkle trees and presentation registries, the SAID (self-addressing identifier) URN namespace registration, and vLEI (verifiable Legal Entity Identifier) hackathons in New York and Hong Kong.
