A 40-page draft white paper from 2015 that proposes Open Reputation, an open source framework for generating, evaluating and disseminating reputation from reputational events ("reputes"). It gives a notional architecture and a formal specification of the repute data element, compares distributed consensus algorithms for trustworthy processing, and describes protocols for private transmission and storage of reputes. It predates KERI (Key Event Receipt Infrastructure) and is of interest for the history of the author's work on decentralized trust.
