Announcements expected the task force to be officially approved under ToIP (Trust over IP) that Friday and set an IIW (Internet Identity Workshop) October 2023 goal of a registered DID (decentralized identifier) method with a Universal Resolver implementation, with a "did:webs for Muggles" session planned. Discussion revisited the architecture diagrams and proposed that the specification treat verification data as KERI resources delivered as a CESR stream, introducing the terms "KERI resource" (replacing the .kel and .oobi terms) and a CESR media type.
