Smith's review comments on v0.10.3 of the did:webs specification were discussed: an interoperability-bridge explanation, corrected Direct and Indirect Mode descriptions, a broader permitted AID (autonomic identifier) syntax covering self-addressing transferable and public-key-derived transferable and non-transferable AIDs, a recovery exception to the rule that divergent KERI event streams are invalid, a deactivation path for non-transferable AIDs, and an informative W3C VC (verifiable credential) example. On the open question of complex or nested fractionally weighted thresholds, the group discussed keeping the normative text trim with a worked example in an informative appendix, noting that ConditionalProof2022 supports recursive definitions.
