The Dossier segment discussed a pull request adding new group operators, and Smith and Hardman reported a working session on open items in the Dossier specification. For did:webs, a second implementation now exists (a minimal TypeScript implementation for the DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) Recommended DID Methods process), the editors were completing a final revision, and there was an update on the DIF process. Zenodo access was also noted.
