For did:webs, only a few open issues remained, the repository had been renamed, the did:web to did:webs transformation and resolution rules were clarified, and the editors had revised the specification; a second implementation was now needed for DIF (Decentralized Identity Foundation) Recommended DID (decentralized identifier) method status. The Dossier segment noted one pull request against the specification and the need for a formal way to bring foreign artifacts into ACDCs. The April 15 ToIP (Trust over IP) Steering Committee meeting remained the target.
