Discussion of how to welcome beginner questions and of what counts as a proper KERI implementation, with van Cann's first draft of MUST, SHOULD and COULD criteria: MUST implement the KERI, ACDC, CESR, OOBI (Out-Of-Band Introduction) and SAID (Self-Addressing Identifier) drafts, all data formats, and witnesses and watchers; SHOULD support duplicity reconciliation by jurors. Two-week goals were reading KERIox tests and the Rust book.
