Progress reports on reading the CESR specification published 25 August 2022 and on the architecture diagram, and a discussion of what to port first: participants favored the text representation for development and making CESROX use-case and schema agnostic. Next goals were a first unit test round-tripping raw, text and binary forms and an analysis of CESR changes in the KERIpy neo branch.
