Announcements covered the growing success of cyber attacks and a new Spec-Up cross-reference tool from the Concepts and Terminology Working Group. Reports covered KERIpy 1.1.1 and KERIA 0.1.1 with multisig credential revocation fixes, CESR version 1.1 and 2.0 version strings in KERIpy development, did:webs public review, and external references in Spec-Up. Discussion reviewed the specification issues and the readiness of CESR, KERI and ACDC for public review, and an enhancement to fractionally weighted thresholds.
