Reports covered publication of CESR's provisional media type registration by Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and the merge into KERIpy of the misfit branch (new escrows, local and remote parsing, superseding delegated rotation) and enhanced fractionally weighted thresholds. Discussion reviewed KERI specification issues to judge readiness for public review of the KERI, ACDC and CESR specifications, which was not yet reached, and starting a specification for a KERI API.
