Announcements noted that the Open Web Foundation 1.0 approval had entered its 60-day notice period for exclusions and that work had begun on revised-format branches of the KERI, ACDC and CESR specifications with a view to future standardization. Reports covered exchange (EXN) messages for peer-to-peer communication among multisig participants in KERIA, KERIpy, SignifyPy and Signify-TS. Discussion covered attacks on data signed at rest and KERI mechanisms for securing it.
