Discussion of a data item model in which an authentic data item is an attestation carrying a data controller identifier, an attestation identifier (with alignment to IETF RATS, the Internet Engineering Task Force Remote Attestation Procedures work), data attributes and the controller's signature. The notes also cover the MkDocs GitHub repository for the specification, keeping the delegation chain separate from the identity chain, and privacy when hiding parts of a chain in either direction.
